Dr. Krista Lynes graduated with high honors from New York Chiropractic College, one of the top accredited chiropractic institutions in the world. While still in school, Dr. Krista received a tremendous amount of experience working with patients suffering from chronic skeletal muscular pain and received several academic scholarships.
Before admission to Chiropractic College, Dr. Krista received her Bachelors of Science degree from Carleton University. Upon graduation, she was accepted into the Ottawa-Carleton Joint Institute Master’s of Science Program. During her program, Dr. Krista worked with Health Canada’s Safe Environment Program through which she developed a strong understanding of the environment’s effect on biological systems.
Experience has taught Dr. Krista that information and education form an essential foundation for the creation and maintenance of a healthy lifestyle. She creates treatment programs tailored to the needs of each individual patient. In practice, she focuses on the treatment and resolution of neural, muscular and skeletal dysfunction. She is dedicated to furthering her practice by researching and learning new treatment methods to ensure that she can offer her patients effective and cutting edge treatment options. She is a certified Graston practitioner excelling in the treatment of acute and chronic soft tissue injuries and complications caused by post-surgical scarring.
